What customer support is offered?

There is a helpdesk operating on the site, that is attended from 9am to 10pm every day, 7 days a week. Please contact the helpdesk with any questions, queries and concerns that you have. We aim to get back to you within 12 hrs, although most emails are answered within 1-2 hours.

Please use the help desk to report any activity on the site that you are not happy with eg fake, false or offensive profiles, \"professional\"ladies touting for business, scams or spammers operating from profiles, offensive behaviour etc. We will deal promptly and fairly with these types of activities.

We read all emails, profiles and profile updates manually, to try to ensure that we maintain a high standard on the site. As a result there may be some delays in responding to profiles and emails. Although it states that these can take up to 24 hours, they are usually dealt with within 1-2 hours, and all within 48 hours.
