| I like me! Well, so at least someone does! Will you? I'm a slim, reasonably fit, youthful, modern, outgoing, adventurous, intelligent, discreet, quite well preserved and not bad looking man with own teeth and hair, a positive outlook on life and an irreverent sense of humour! Modest too!! Recently returned to the UK after living in South Africa for many years. Also lived in Spain & USA and have travelled quite widely. Many and varied interests include health & fitness, meditation, holistic and alternative therapies for the body mind and spirit, walking, reading, writing, art, history, music, theatre, concerts, gardens, deserts, mountains, Spring flowers, the sight and sounds of the ocean, long drives on deserted highways, long walks on deserted shores, sunsets, blue skies, hot weather, cold beer on the beach and exploring anything or anywhere I've not done or been to before. Oh, and pleasing a woman, of course! I should really have put that first, shouldn't I! I'm an ardent lover of art and visit galleries whenever and wherever I can. I'm also an ardent lover per se, but not in galleries - that's for exhibitionists! I've got an eclectic taste in music, from Rachmaninov to Rock, from Beethoven to Blues, from Greig to Gershwin and from Simply Red to simply anything that's inspiring. I also write, and am an avid reader too, with an insatiable appetite for knowledge and understanding about who we are, where we've come from and who, what and where we'll all end up!
